The room is neat, new-fashioned comes with a coffee table, wooden floors and good beds. The breakfast includes great food, such as croissants, toast, fruit, and cheese.

Last time I stopped, had well-appointed and well-equipped room with good beds. Location: the hotel was right by Spain into Portugal, and motor way.

The bed was a bit too soft, that's sad thing.

It was reliable hotel with pleasant staff at reception desk. The location was marvellous and unbeatable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Found in the good area, the venue offered reasonable prices.

Staff was well-trained and really helpful and hotel is reasonably clean and QUIRKY! The rooms were adequate and a nice size here with wooden floors, TV, as example. The location was perfect yet it was a short walk to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

It was adequate, modern and with good beds. The hotel location was particularly good on the outskirts of Palencia. And we were next to southern spain, Santander ferry and the main square where there is a hostal in the corner.

Reasonably priced place, had a very nice stay in winter. The location was ideal near to the ferry terminal. What's more, it was close to the restaurant, which serves excellent food and wine, well tended gardens and the main square where there is a hostal in the corner. Have used this hotel several times as a stopover between southern Spain and Santander and find it quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient.

On arrival, the receptionist had no record of our booking, but fortunately had rooms available. Decided to check our booking for our next visit in 3 weeks, also no record. This is the first time in years of using Booked.net that this has happened, but still annoying. Would appreciate an investigation by Booked.net to determine where the fault lies.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the outskirts of a small town was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy some nightlife. The proximity to various motorways made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even accommodated our furry friend. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the bar area. a great choice for our family.

That the restaurant and bar seemed a bit understaffed, but it didn't significantly affect our overall experience.

A nice quite hotel away from the city centre, as we travel from The Alagarve to Sanderter or Bilbao to board Brittany Ferries to Portsmounth. We would certainly recommend the hotel to other people doing the same find of journey
